What drew you to Massage therapy?
I was drawn to Massage Therapy through a deep desire to support people in a
natural and holistic way. I believe true wellbeing involves the physical, emotional,
and energetic body, and that massage can be a powerful tool for releasing deep
tension, stored stress, and pain.
What type of massage do you specialize in?
I specialize in a combination of deep tissue massage, relaxation techniques, and
Thai stretching. This style supports muscle release while encouraging flexibility,
balance, and a deeply calming experience.
Why di you choose this type of massage?
I chose this style of massage because it allows me to work beyond the superficial
layers of the body and address the root causes of pain and tension. Integrating
breathwork, deep stretching, and compressions helps maximize the benefits of
the session and supports a sense of balance and renewal for my clients.

I bring presence, intention, and adaptability to each session, creating customized
treatments that help clients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
What is your favorite health tip to give your patients?
Stretching regularly and staying hydrated are simple yet powerful habits.
Focusing on hip flexibility is especially important, as tension in the hips can
influence how the rest of the body feels and moves.
What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach, weightlifting, attending
music festivals, and going on hikes.
What would you tell a patient that is nervous about getting their first massage?
I would reassure them that it’s completely normal to feel that way, and that I’ll
make sure the session is comfortable, personalized, and supportive from start to
finish.
