Willimina (Mina) was born and raised in the Marshall Islands. She took her massage school at American institute of massage therapy in Kailua. She has 11 years experience in massaging and is specialized in deep tissue, sport, pregnancy, hot stone and Swedish massage.

Aside from massaging, Mina enjoys evening beach walks and watching the sunset.

What drew you to Massage therapy?

Family…my mother also did massages abdominal massages (traditional). I enjoyed giving massages.

What type of massage do you specialize in?

Slow relaxing deep tissue

Why would you choose this type of massage?

I find clients like deep tissue massages with the feeling of relaxation as well.

How do your talents benefit your patients?

Deep tissue massage has lots of benefits, but generally it reduces muscle tensions, stress, and chronic back pain.

What is your favorite health tip to give your patients?

I recommend daily stretching and drink lots of water.

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?

I love cooking, baking, and trying new recipes from different countries.

What would you tell a patient that is nervous about getting their first massage?

It is going to be a great experience, relax, and enjoy it.
