What drew you to Massage therapy?

I always like to work with my hands. With massage, I use my hands and help people at the same time.

What type of massage do you specialize in?

Lomi Lomi, Deep tissue, and Trigger Point Massage.

Why did you choose this type of massage?

I know many different kinds of massage techniques, and I think those are effective for reducing muscle tension and releasing stress.

How do your talents benefit your patients?

I’ll use my relaxing yet precise hands to help release stress from my patients.

What is your favorite health tip to give your patients?

Drink lots of water instead of coffee, tea, and alcohol. For healthy skin and hair, wash everyday and hydrate after cleaning.

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?

I enjoy baking bagels, banana bread, and other different kinds of cakes for my family.

What would you tell a patient that is nervous about getting their first massage?

I’m just here to help you feel better. Let me do all the work. I want you to relax and enjoy your treatment.
