Besides being the Lemurian Healing Practitioner, Akemi has also mastered Level 2 Aurasoma, reiki, shiatsu massage, and natural lomi lomi massage.

What drew you to Massage therapy?
I wanted to learn a skill to heal people.
What type of massage do you specialize in?
My skills are: reiki, shiatsu, lomi lomi, Swedish, aromatherapy, and aurosoma.
Why did you choose this type of massage?
Because I wanted to explore a broad range of techniques to accommodate all types of healing.
How do your talents benefit your patients?
With all my certifications on different techniques, it benefits all type of healing in the therapy world.
What is your favorite health tip to give your patients?
Daily exercise and stretching is key whether it be just walking or stretching at home. Resting is also part of the healing process.
What is your favorite hobby outside of work?
Reading healing books.
What would you tell a patient that is nervous about getting their first massage?
Relax and leave the healing up to me to take the physical and psychological pain out of your body.
