I love helping to heal people and help restore a sense of wellness for them to share with others as they go on their way. I also get a deep sense of satisfaction seeing people get the immediate results and walk out with a smile after a great massage.

What drew you to Massage therapy?

One thing I love about massages that I can get immediate results with happy clients as they are refreshed with the therapeutic neuromuscular system work that I do to promote healing for every client.

What type of massage do you specialize in?

I specialize in lymphatic drainage massage, sports therapy massage, and Zen shiatsu. I also enjoy giving Swedish deep tissue postural assessment, hot stone cupping. reflexology, aromatherapy, pregnancy (pre-natal), and trigger point therapy.

Why would you choose this type of massage?

These modalities help people with pain management and maintenance of physical health that promotes a complete sense of healing for every one of my clients.

How do your talents benefit your patients?

I truly enjoy seeing the immediate results for clients, and that after receiving a health promoting service, that people can see the value that regular visits provide to our members. It is the regular maintenance that helps most, just like working out twice a week helps one stay fit.

What is your favorite health tip to give your patients?

I like to remind my patients how important it is to try and get to the gym a few times a week, and join in at least one stretching yoga class each week. I am always open to suggest specific stretches to do every morning before breakfast.

What is your favorite hobby outside of work?

Massaging for a living is a physically demanding job and so I like to visit the gym a few times a week so I can provide my clients with the best possible therapeutic experience.

What would you tell a patient that is nervous about getting their first massage?

Trying out anything for the first time can be a bit nerve racking, especially something as personal as a massage. So I like to have a quick chat with my clients and remind them that talking to the therapist is normal and will help get the butterflies out!
