Did you know that your massage can be covered by health insurance? Certain health insurance plans include a medical massage.
Hawaii Natural Therapy is a contracted practitioner of American Specialty Health network and accepts eligible plans by HMSA and Kaiser Permanente. Because we accept health insurance, we are one of the most sought-after locations on Oahu for a medical massage. Clients come to our clinic with a variety of problems, most commonly: • Back Pain • Stress • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome • Fibromyalgia • Hypertension • Arthritis • Joint Injuries • Osteoporosis Please call at 808-200-4611 or fill out this form to check your eligibility. We will need your name, date of birth, insurance member ID and contact information, either an email or phone number. We can confirm your eligibility instantly or in certain cases, within two business days. Your eligibility check will provide us with your co-payment amount and how many treatments per year are covered by insurance. A typical health insurance covered massage is 60 minutes and can be extended for an additional charge. |
