What drew you to massage therapy?
I grew up massaging my parents when they would come home aching, and I quickly realized that I had a talent for helping others to release pain and tension. Time and time again, those I worked with walked away more relaxed, and with less stress. I was fascinated with the anatomy of the body, healing, and all ancient healing techniques, which led me to beautiful teachers on the Big Island of Hawaii
What type of massage do you specialize in?
I specialize in Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy.
Why did you choose this type of massage?
I choose this because I was intrigued by Lomi Lomi after being submerged in Hawaiian culture on the big island. Myofascial techniques interest me because science is finally starting to understand how profound it’s impact is on the rest of the body truly is.
How do your talents benefit your patients?
My talents benefit my clients by providing therapeutic work that is still soothing and relaxing. I use mindfulness and awareness allow the full capacity of my teachings to come through me and maximize the quality of the massage. I love sharing my passion, and using the knowledge passed down to me to make others able to enjoy life more.
